Approximately 95% of our commercial property maintenance services we provide are carried out in-house, by our own directly employed facilities management and M&E facilities teams.
Where systems are closed protocol or specifically require the engagement of the manufacturer, we have a small list of preferred building services partners who have worked with us for many years to assist when needed.
M&E Maintenance
We’re big on planned preventative maintenance (PPM’s), incorporating all aspects of M&E services. Whether its air conditioning, electrical maintenance, emergency lighting or gas safety, you’ll receive a ring-fenced team to your account, from Helpdesk and Client Care Managers to Service Engineers and Account Management.
Our management services team can adopt most client specific CAFM systems into our software and take full responsibility for its administration. We can even migrate your helpdesk function to our in-house Client Care Managers.
We know that through collaboration with you, familiarity is hugely important. So, we won’t push you from pillar to post or swamp you with unnecessary comms, you’ll have a dedicated day to day contact and familiar faces on your premises for all your building maintenance requirements, providing you and your stakeholders with consistency and continuity at all times.
